Tradeify pays funded traders 90% of profits on sim-funded accounts (Growth, Lightning, Select), while each account type follows different consistency requirements, payout schedules, and withdrawal conditions. Traders who maintain stable performance may later qualify for Elite Live accounts with daily payout access and an 80/20 split.

Key Tradeify payout rules

  • Profit Split: 90/10 on all SIM-funded accounts; 80/20 on Elite Live accounts
  • Payout Frequency: On-demand, daily, or cycle-based, depending on the account type
  • Minimum Trading Days: 5 profitable days (Growth & Select Flex), 1 day (Select Daily), or 0 days (Lightning)
  • Consistency Rule: 35% flat (Growth), 20% to 30% progressive (Lightning), or None (Select Funded)
  • Minimum Withdrawal: Ranges from $250 to $1,500 per request (depends on account type and size)
  • Maximum Withdrawal: Ranges from $600 to $5,000 per request (increases progressively with account size and payout tier)
  • Processing Time: 24-48 business hours after request submission
  • Payment Methods: via Rise (Crypto/Bank Transfer) or Plane (Bank-to-Bank Transfer)

In this guide, H2T Funding will break down the most important Tradeify payout rules for funded accounts and Elite transition requirements. By the end of the article, you’ll understand how to avoid common payout mistakes and maximize your funded trading profits more effectively.

1. What are Tradeify’s payout rules?

Tradeify’s payout rules define the exact conditions a funded trader must meet to successfully withdraw profits. While consistency metrics and minimum trading days vary by account type, the withdrawal process follows strict universal guidelines.

Payout requests are submitted directly through the trader dashboard. It is crucial to note that once a request is submitted, it cannot be edited or canceled.

To ensure your withdrawal is approved, you must strictly follow these core operational requirements:

  • Maximum account limit: A trader may hold up to 5 SIM-funded accounts simultaneously in any combination of Growth, Select, and Lightning.
  • Independent account structure: Each funded account operates completely separately. Payout eligibility, risk tracking, and profit cycles on one account do not affect the others.
  • Buffer requirement: Your account balance must remain above the minimum trailing drawdown buffer until the payout approval is fully completed by Tradeify.
  • Ongoing compliance monitoring: Submitting a request does not lock in your funds. If you violate any trading rule or fail the account after requesting a payout but before it is processed, your payout will be denied.

Tradeify’s payout system is built to reward sustainable trading. By treating each account independently and strictly protecting your drawdown buffer while a payout is pending, you significantly increase your chances of maintaining long-term funding.

2. Tradeify payout rules by account type

The three SIM-funded account types share the same 90/10 profit split but differ in consistency requirements, payout profit goals, and withdrawal caps. The table below gives an overview before each section goes deeper.

*Progressive consistency applies to Lightning accounts purchased after September 12, 2025, at 8:00 AM EST only.

2.1. Growth account payout rules

Growth is Tradeify’s evaluation-based path, which can be passed in a single trading day since there is no consistency rule during the evaluation phase. Once funded, the rules shift.

To qualify for each Growth payout, all of the following must be met:

  • 35% Consistency Rule: No single trading day can exceed 35% of the total accumulated profit since the previous payout.
  • Minimum profitable trading days: Traders must complete at least 5 profitable trading days during the payout cycle.
  • Daily profit thresholds: Each profitable day must exceed:
    • $100 for 25K accounts
    • $150 for 50K accounts
    • $200 for 100K accounts
    • $250 for 150K accounts
  • Minimum balance requirement: The account must maintain the required payout balance until the payout request is approved.
  • Trading day reset: The profitable trading day count resets to zero after every approved payout.
  • Funded Trader Agreement compliance: Any violation of Tradeify rules may void payout eligibility, even on profitable accounts.
  • Processing time: 24–48 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST). Requests submitted outside those hours or on federal holidays may take up to 72 hours.

Minimum balance required for Growth payouts

Account SizeMinimum Balance Needed
$25K$26,500
$50K$53,000
$100K$104,500
$150K$156,500

Minimum payout amounts

Account SizeMinimum Payout
$25K$250
$50K$500
$100K$1,000
$150K$1,500

Maximum payout limits by payout number

Growth payout caps increase gradually as traders build payout history.

Payout Number25K50K100K150K
1$1,000$1,500$2,000$2,500
2$1,000$2,000$2,500$3,000
3$1,000$2,500$3,000$4,000
4+$1,000$3,000$4,000$5,000

For accounts purchased before September 12, 2025, payout tiers follow a separate legacy structure. After the 6th approved payout, traders may request up to $25,000 per account.

Practical example: If a trader has a $50K Growth funded account and reaches a balance of $53,000, they become eligible to request a payout of up to $1,500 on the first payout tier. After the withdrawal, the remaining balance would be $51,500. Since the account failure threshold remains at $50,100, the trader still retains $1,400 of available drawdown buffer after the payout.

2.2. Lightning account payout rules

Lightning accounts qualify for payouts after meeting a profit goal that resets each cycle, with no minimum trading days required and a progressive consistency rate starting at 20% for accounts purchased after September 12, 2025

To qualify for and request a Lightning payout, the following conditions and rules apply:

  • Payout split: Traders receive 90% of the approved payout amount requested.
  • No minimum trading days: You can instantly request a payout directly from the dashboard after any number of trading days, provided the profit goal and consistency rule are met.
  • Payout Profit Goals: Profit goals reset after each payout. Leftover profit from the previous cycle does not carry over. You must earn fresh profit from new trades to reach the next goal.
  • Daily profit calculation: Profit is calculated and determined upon daily account reconciliation, which happens between approximately 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM EST.
  • Account independence & limits: Traders can have a maximum of 5 total Simulated Funded Accounts (any combination of Growth, Select, and Lightning). Each account is treated independently.
  • Trading post-request: You may continue trading after submitting a request; however, if you fail the account or fall below the minimum threshold before the request is processed, the payout will be denied. Submitted requests cannot be edited or canceled.
  • Processing time: Once approved, funds are withdrawn immediately, and payments are issued within 24 hours. Requests submitted outside normal business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST) or on federal holidays may take up to 72 hours.

Consistency rule structure based on purchase date:

Accounts purchased AFTER September 12, 2025 (8:00 AM EST):

  • Payout 1: 20% consistency rule
  • Payout 2: 25% consistency rule
  • Payout 3 and beyond: 30% consistency rule

Accounts purchased BEFORE September 12, 2025 (legacy):

  • All payouts: 20% consistency rule (no progression)

$100,000$6,000$3,000$2,500
$150,000$9,000$4,500$3,000

Maximum payout limits by payout number

The minimum payout amount across all Lightning accounts is $1,000. The maximum payout amount is capped based on the approved payout request number:

Payout Number$25K Account$50K Account$100K Account$150K Account
1$1,000$2,000$2,500$3,000
2$1,000$2,000$2,500$3,000
3$1,000$2,000$2,500$3,000
4+$1,000$2,500$3,000$3,500

* $25K Account Special Exception: For $25K Lightning accounts, the payout amount is completely fixed at $1,000 for all payouts. There is no scaling (both the minimum and maximum limits are exactly $1,000).

Practical example (150K Lightning, post-Sep 12): Payout 1 profit goal = $9,000. After the first payout, the cycle resets. Payout 2 profit goal = $4,500, with a 25% consistency rule. Maximum single-day profit allowed = $4,500 × 25% = $1,125.

2.3. Select Account Payout Rules: Flex vs Daily

Select funded accounts operate with no consistency rule in the funded phase, as the 40% requirement applies only during evaluation. After passing the evaluation, traders must make a one-time, permanent choice between two payout structures: Select Flex or Select Daily.

Select Flex runs on a 5-day winning cycle and allows withdrawals of up to a percentage of accumulated profit per cycle, while Select Daily allows daily withdrawals once the account is above a fixed buffer level

Both structures still require traders to maintain a net positive balance across payout cycles, meaning profits must be recovered before any further withdrawals if the account turns negative after a payout.

Select Flex (5-Day Payout Policy)

Select Flex is designed for traders who have larger daily profit swings and need intraday flexibility without a Daily Loss Limit.

Payout eligibility requires completing 5 winning trading days per cycle, where each winning day meets the minimum profit threshold for the account size:

  • $100 (25K)
  • $150 (50K)
  • $200 (100K)
  • $250 (150K)

There is no Daily Loss Limit, allowing full intraday flexibility. The payout structure is based on performance, with withdrawals calculated as 50% of total realized profits (current balance minus starting balance), subject to account-specific caps:

  • 25K: up to $1,250
  • 50K: up to $3,000
  • 100K: up to $4,000
  • 150K: up to $5,000

There is no minimum account balance requirement to request a payout. Traders may withdraw once the 5 winning days requirement is met and the cycle is net positive.

Drawdown locks when End-of-Day (EOD) equity reaches a defined threshold above the starting balance, with a $100 buffer above the initial drawdown level. Once locked, the drawdown becomes fixed.

Select Daily Payout Policy

Select Daily is designed for traders who prefer frequent withdrawals with tighter risk controls and structured daily limits.

Payout eligibility is daily, provided the account is above the required buffer and meets cycle profitability requirements. The system uses a buffer-based model, meaning profits can only be withdrawn once the account exceeds a fixed buffer level per account size:

  • 25K: $1,100
  • 50K: $2,100
  • 100K: $2,600
  • 150K: $3,600

The payout formula allows traders to withdraw up to: 2× profit earned since the last payout (cycle profit), capped by account size:

  • 25K: up to $600
  • 50K: up to $1,000
  • 100K: up to $1,500
  • 150K: up to $2,500

Minimum payout amount is $250. Traders must also ensure they remain above the buffer threshold to qualify for withdrawal.

A Daily Loss Limit applies, meaning trading is paused for the day if the limit is hit. This is a risk control mechanism and does not result in account failure.

  • 25K: $500
  • 50K: $1,000
  • 100K: $1,250
  • 150K: $1,750

Practical example (Select Daily, 50K): Trader earns $250 in profit above the buffer. Maximum withdrawal = $500. If $700 was earned above the buffer, the maximum withdrawal = $1,000 (cap for 50K).

3. The consistency rule: The #1 reason Tradeify payout requests are blocked

The Consistency Rule is the most common reason Tradeify payout requests are blocked. It requires that no single trading day’s profit exceeds a set percentage of total accumulated profits at the time of the payout request. Commissions are not included in this profit calculation.

The rule does not restrict trading in any way. You can make any amount of profit on any day. What it controls is when you are eligible to request a payout. A single outsized day does not fail your account; it delays your next withdrawal until you build enough total profit to dilute that day’s share below the threshold.

The formula: To find out how much total profit you need before requesting a payout:

Required Total Profit = Biggest Day Profit ÷ Consistency Rate

Consistency rate by account type:

AccountConsistency Rate
Growth (funded)35% flat
Lightning Payout 1 (post-Sep 12)20%
Lightning Payout 2 (post-Sep 12)25%
Lightning Payout 3+ (post-Sep 12)30%
Lightning (legacy, pre-Sep 12)20% flat
Select Evaluation40%
Select Funded (Flex or Daily)None

The rule resets after each approved payout. The cycle begins fresh.

Example 1: Lightning account, 20% rule: Best day profit is $1,000. $1,000 ÷ 0.20 = $5,000 total profit required. If the current total profit is $3,800, you are not yet eligible. Keep trading smaller profitable days until the total reaches $5,000.

Example 2: Growth account, 35% rule: Best day profit is $4,000. Total profit is $10,000. $4,000 ÷ $10,000 = 40%, exceeds the 35% limit. On day 11, the trader adds $1,500. Total profit becomes $11,500. $4,000 ÷ $11,500 = 34.7%, now below 35%. Eligible to request.

4. Tradeify payout methods: Rise vs Plane

Tradeify currently supports two payout processors: Rise and Plane. Rise is the primary payout method for most traders, while Plane serves as an alternative option for traders who cannot use Rise due to regional restrictions, verification issues, or technical limitations.

Rise (Primary Method)

Rise is the default payout method for the majority of traders. It supports bank transfers and cryptocurrency withdrawals in most countries.

  • Set up: One time, completed after your first approved payout.
  • Processing: 1–3 business days to the bank, a few hours to the crypto wallet.
  • Fee: No fee to receive payments.

Plane (Alternative Method)

Plane is a bank-to-bank transfer platform assigned to traders in regions where Rise does not operate or where Rise’s coverage is limited.

  • Processing: Up to 7 days
  • Set up: Manual, through Tradeify’s support team. Plane does not have a separate signup portal; everything runs through the Tradeify dashboard.
  • KYC in Plane-eligible regions may require additional documentation and take longer to complete.

Tradeify determines payout availability primarily based on regional eligibility and account verification status. Traders who cannot use Rise may contact Tradeify support to request Plane onboarding.

5. How to request a payout from Tradeify: Step-by-Step

Tradeify handles all payout requests directly through the trader dashboard. While returning traders simply request and receive funds, first-time withdrawals require a one-time setup with Tradeify’s payment processor, Rise.

Here is the streamlined process to get paid:

Step 1: Submit your request (Tradeify Dashboard)

  • Check eligibility: Ensure your account satisfies all conditions (consistency rule, minimum trading days, profit goals, and buffer requirements).
  • Submit: Open your funded account dashboard, click “Request Payout”, and confirm.

Crucial Note: You can continue trading while the request is pending. However, if you violate any rules or your balance drops below the minimum threshold before approval, the payout will be denied. Submitted requests cannot be edited or canceled.

Step 2: One-time Rise onboarding (For first payouts only)

  • Look for the invite: Once Tradeify approves your request, you will receive an email invitation from “Tradeify Holdings, Corp.” Click the link to begin.
  • Create account: Sign up using the same email address linked to your Tradeify account and select “Receive Payments”.
  • Complete Profile & KYC: Fill in your legal details and tax info (SSN/ITIN for US, local Tax ID for international). Verify your identity using a valid government ID and a live selfie.

Crucial Note: Rise will provide a 12-word recovery code. Save this securely offline; losing it makes account recovery extremely difficult.

Step 3: Finalize and Withdraw (Rise Dashboard)

  • Accept the team invite: Log into Rise, navigate to “Action Items,” and click “Accept” on the invitation from Tradeify Holdings, Corp. Tradeify cannot send your funds until this is done.
  • Choose withdrawal method: Add your preferred destination. You can choose between a Bank Transfer (takes 1–3 business days) or a Crypto Wallet (usually processes within a few hours).

6. Tradeify Elite Live payout rules: What changes when you go live

Elite Live is Tradeify’s real-money funded environment. Traders earn access through strong Sim Funded performance; it cannot be selected directly during signup.

A trader becomes eligible for live review after either:

  • 3 approved payouts on a single funded account
  • 10 total payouts since the last live transition

Approval is discretionary. Tradeify evaluates consistency, risk management, and trading behavior before initiating a live transition.

Once transitioned:

  • All remaining Sim Funded and evaluation accounts are permanently closed.
  • Only funded accounts that have already received at least one payout transition to Elite Live.
  • Each eligible funded account becomes its own separate Elite Live account.
  • A maximum of 5 Elite Live accounts at the same time.
  • Traders cannot open new evaluations or Sim Funded accounts while holding an active Elite account.
  • Household members also cannot hold Sim accounts during this period.
  • Profits earned after the last approved payout do not carry into the live transition.

Select traders may qualify for a 1.5× reward multiplier if they maintained a consistency score below 40% and never exceeded 75% of max drawdown during Sim trading.

To unlock monthly reward payouts, each Elite account must:

  • Achieve 5 profitable trading days at $250 or more per day within the month
  • End the month with a profit greater than the max trailing drawdown on the live account

If a live account fails:

  • A cool-off period of up to 4 weeks may apply
  • Traders must pass a new evaluation to re-enter
  • The remaining reward pool value is forfeited

7. Tradeify payout rules vs other prop firms

Traders evaluating Tradeify typically compare it against two alternatives: AquaFutures, a newer firm with a 100% split and 48-hour payout guarantee, and Apex Trader Funding, an established name that overhauled its ruleset with 4.0 in March 2026. The table below maps the key payout parameters across all three.

Tradeify offers the most flexible long-term structure. Select funded accounts remove consistency rules entirely, payouts can be requested any day of the week, and Elite Live provides a direct path to real-money trading with ongoing payouts and reward pools.

AquaFutures is more attractive for traders focused on maximizing early withdrawals. The 100% split on the first $15,000 in payouts and the published 48-hour payout guarantee make it one of the most payout-focused firms among newer prop firms.

Apex Trader Funding 4.0 keeps the simplest structure overall. The 50% consistency rule is relatively loose, but every PA account closes permanently after the sixth payout, making it less suitable for traders looking for long-term account scaling.

8. Common mistakes that block Tradeify payout requests

Platform errors do not cause most payout denials, but traders missing one of Tradeify’s payout conditions. Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure you understand how consistency rules, payout cycles, and account status affect eligibility.

  • Requesting a payout before meeting the consistency rule: Many traders become ineligible after one large trading day. Always check the dashboard consistency tooltip before submitting. If your biggest day represents too much of the total profit, the payout will be denied.
  • Trading too aggressively after submitting a payout: A payout request is not locked in immediately. If the account breaches rules or drops below the required balance before approval, the payout can still be rejected.
  • Waiting too long to complete Rise verification: First-time payouts require Rise KYC verification. Manual reviews can take up to 3 business days, which delays payment processing if the setup is incomplete.
  • Misunderstanding Lightning payout cycle resets: Lightning accounts reset profit targets after each approved payout. Remaining profit from the previous cycle does not carry into the next one.
  • Trading in the same session after payout approval: Once a payout is approved, any new profit earned during the same trading session counts toward the next payout cycle, not the current one.
  • Ignoring the net-positive rule on Select accounts: After the first payout, Select Flex and Select Daily accounts must remain net positive during the current payout cycle before another withdrawal is allowed.

In most cases, payout issues come from timing, consistency calculations, or misunderstanding cycle rules. Checking eligibility carefully before submitting is the easiest way to avoid delays or denials.

8. How traders rate the Tradeify experience on Reddit

Based on discussions in the prop firm community, the overall sentiment toward Tradeify is highly positive. Traders frequently praise the firm’s reliability, though they note that strict adherence to rules is mandatory.

The most highlighted advantage is Tradeify’s incredibly fast, same-day payout process, often completed within hours. Multiple users reported receiving funds via Rise on the exact day they requested them.

“Submitted my Tradeify payout at 5pm. Approved around 9pm. Money in bank by 10:30pm. Tradeify felt like dealing with an actual funded firm.” – u/DontTaxMeJoe, r/PropFirmTester

“I switched to Tradeify 6-7 months ago and the payout process was night and day compared to other firms. Requested → approved → money in Rise same day.” – u/Nick_nqes, r/PropFirmTester

Another major benefit is the transparent rules with no hidden surprises to deny withdrawals. Users feel the firm genuinely wants traders to succeed and pays out reliably as long as consistency rules are respected.

“Their rules are actually cleaner than most firms out there. No weird surprises if you read the guidelines properly and no hidden rules.” – u/Great-Chapter-4718, r/PropFirmTester

9. FAQs about Tradeify payout rules

It depends on the account type: $250 – $1,500 for Growth, $250 for Select Daily, no minimum for Select Flex, and a fixed $1,000 for all Lightning accounts.

Growth and Select Flex require 5 profitable days per cycle. Select Daily allows daily requests, and Lightning has no minimum trading day requirement.

It limits the percentage of total profit earned in a single day. To be eligible for a payout, your total profit must equal or exceed: (Highest single-day profit ÷ Consistency rate).

Yes, but if your account hits a drawdown limit, fails, or drops below the required minimum balance before the request is processed, the payout will be denied.

Approvals take 24–48 hours during business hours. Once sent to Rise, crypto withdrawals arrive within hours, while bank transfers take 1–3 business days.

Elite Live accounts have an 80/20 split (you keep 80%, Tradeify retains 20%), unlike the 90/10 split on SIM-funded accounts.

Select Flex requires 5 winning days, pays up to 50% of total profit, and has no Daily Loss Limit. Select Daily allows daily withdrawals based on a buffer system but strictly enforces a Daily Loss Limit.

Primarily through Rise (crypto or local bank transfer). For regions where Rise is unavailable or restricted, Tradeify uses Plane for direct bank-to-bank transfers.

Your payout request will be denied. You must maintain the required minimum balance and avoid rule violations until the withdrawal is fully approved by Tradeify.

Yes. US-based traders generally receive a 1099-NEC form if Tradeify payouts exceed $600 in a calendar year, as the income is treated as independent contractor (non-employee) earnings. Payouts are typically processed through third-party providers like Rise, which handle KYC and tax reporting during onboarding.

10. Conclusion

Tradeify payout rules are built on clearly stated rules, a verified payout track record, and a defined path from sim trading to real capital through Elite Live. The core profit split is 90/10 on all sim funded accounts, with daily payout access available on Elite Live at 80/20.

The key variables: consistency rate, minimum trading days, and payout caps, differ across Growth, Lightning, and Select. Matching the account type to how you actually trade is more important than choosing the account with the fastest access to funding.
